Tasks :
Greet and assist customers entering the showroom floor to present a professional environment that supports automotive sales
Answer questions about new cars, used cars, vehicle performance, applications processes and consult the sales manager as needed

Maintain an up-to-date customer database to drive current and future automotive sales
Present used and new cars through test drives, demonstrations, and dealership walk-throughs

Mont-Bleu Ford is currently looking for a Detailing Attendant to complete its team.
The successful candidate will have to complete the interior and exterior detailing of the vehicles including washing, waxing and other necessary aesthetic care.

Duties:
Complete interior and exterior cleaning of new and used vehicles;
Apply the appropriate detailing treatments to the preparation of new and used vehicles before delivery as well as to after-sales customer vehicles;
Respect the descriptive specifications and the execution time provided by the dealer and/or the manufacturer;
Perform complete interior and exterior cleaning of customer vehicles;
Ensure that all new vehicles are prepared according to the manufacturer's standards;
Ensure that each used vehicle is restored to condition for sale;

Mont-Bleu Ford is looking for a Mechanical Technician for a permanent year-round position with a full-time schedule. The salary will be established according to the competency card, going up to $45 per hour. Continuing education is offered.
The person sought will have to diagnose mechanical problems, inspect and carry out general mechanical work for the Ford brand or others.
Main responsibilities:
Perform complete and accurate vehicle inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and estimates, according to the manufacturer's strictest standards;
Analyze repair orders and vehicle inspection reports;
Determine vehicle defects based on customer complaints and own rigorous inspection;
Document on the repair order all work performed and recommended;
Conduct road tests to verify the quality of repairs;
Communicate with Service Advisors and clearly explain repairs and any additional maintenance required.

The MAJOR TASKS are listed below, but the incumbent may be assigned to other duties:
Opens and prepares files for vehicle sales and dealer exchanges.
Records vehicle sales and purchases in the computer system.
Processes the sales advisors' end-of-month commission sheets, before they go to the accounting payroll.
Prepares various statistical reports on sales, stock, orders and management. Forwards the reports to the sales manager.
Records the manufacturer's invoices in the computer system and makes the adjustments to balance the accounts.
Places special orders with suppliers for the purchase and installation of additional items sold to customers.
Organizes and plans dealer exchanges, together with the sales manager.
Forwards the information required to invoice the dealership exchanges to accounting.
Forwards the information required to issue the cheques to accounting.
Helps the marketing director register new and previously used cars.
Helps the marketing director prepare the documents on the vehicles required for tax and lien purposes, as well as the documentation required by the Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec.
Prepares the documents required to register the demonstration cars.
Processes/records all vehicle warranties and all extended maintenance contracts and keeps a log of all the contracts which have been processed and mailed.
Trains colleagues to assume the daily responsibilities of sales secretary.
Replaces the receptionist, as necessary.
Maintains a professional appearance and a tidy work station.
Performs other tasks, based on management requirements and instructions.
Job Requirements:
Language skills: Bilingual - fluent in both French and English (spoken and written)
1-2 years experience similar position
Comfortable working with different computer systems
